Law graduate by the Autonomus University of Chihuahua, in 2012, specialized in Individual Labor Law since august, 2011; she has broad knowledge and skills to manage local and federal labor trials, regarding litigation, defense strategies, hearing handling and settlement procedures. Likewise, she has extensive experience and skills to handle termination procedures and labor settlements; as well as labor implications of the sale, merge or acquisition of companies. In addition, she can provide advice for prevention of labor lawsuits; she has participated as a speaker in several seminars in the National Transformation Industry Chamber (CANACINTRA), carrying on labor audits as well as corporate labor in general.
